Partial Refund:
If work has already begun but the project has not yet been completed, a partial refund will be provided based on the proportion of work completed.

No Refund:
Once the project has been fully completed and delivered, no refund will be issued.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed.
